    And when I ask Chinese people (parents and educators) whether we should model our system on theirs…they say “no way.” Students are great at taking tests but lack the well-rounded, creative skill set needed to thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative 21st-century workplace.

    It has also been shown that sending a child to school early, younger than age 4 in some studies, causes emotional dependency issues and insecurity in later developmental stages. 5 is old enough, parents should raise their own children, not a school.
