What Did Shakespeare Call You?!

Do you love reading Shakespeare for all the saucy name-calling and not really for the romantic plot twists? Me too. Lucky for us, I just stumbled across a great chart via Facebook that lets you use your initials to find out what William Shakespeare would have called you were he to lob a few insults your way.

This could be a great way to get students excited about reading Shakespeare and having some good fun.

To use the chart below, simply match your initials to the boxes below. I’m apparently ‘fawning knotty-pated baggage.’ Ouch.

What’s your Shakespearean-insulted-name? Let everyone know down in the comments or join the fun on the Edudemic Facebook page!

Looking for another way to get insulted by Shakespeare? Check out the ‘Shakespearean Insulter‘ or this page on even more insults.

That makes me a dankish, beetle headed carpy. I certainly haven’t been called that before.
