Alexander III of Macedon, aka Alexander the Great, was undefeated in battle and knew his way around a battlefield. Teachers know a thing about doing battle as well. A good teacher is always battling to improve the lives of others. That’s what makes it such a noble career.
The interesting thing is, though, that Alexander the Great understood this even back in the year 320 BC. We’ve come a long way since then thanks to new teaching trends, technology, and all that good stuff. But great teachers made a difference back in Alexander the Great’s era just like they do now. By battling for a better life for others.
