How far we’ve come in such a relatively short time. In just a couple centuries, we’ve gone from… wait what? A couple centuries?

Yep, distance education has been alive and well since the year 1728. That was when Caleb Phillips offered a course on shorthand by mail. Times sure have changed though. We talk about that just about every day on Edudemic but this infographic from Online Schools shares a bit more historical data than we typically do. Enjoy!
